Tally 

1.    Go to Gateway of Tally > Inventory Info > Tax Rate Setup > GST

Here you can change the GST Rate

Or

2.   Gateway of Tally > Display > Statutory Reports > GST Rate Setup

Here You can change the GST Rate

Or

3.   Gateway of Tally > Inventory Info > Stock Items > Alter>Select Item

Set/alter GST Details: Yes
