Tally TDL:  Auto Email from Tally Through Gmail

Download the TDL from Below Link. Copy and paste the TDL file in Desired Folder

Step 1: Go to Gateway of Tally > Press Ctrl + Alt + T

Step 2: Now Press F4 or Click on "Manage Local TDL' button

Step 3: Set "Yes" to "Load TDL Files on Startup" Option

Step 4: In the Next Line "List of TDL Files to Preload on Startup"

             Enter the TDL Path - Example (D:\Tally.Erp9\Auto Email.tcp)

Step 5: Enter and save the Settings

Your TDL File is Ready to Use

Before Send the Auto Email

Email Settings

Gateway of Tally > Account Info > Ledger Account > Alter

Fill all the Contact Details including mail id

The Contact Details screen appears as shown below

From Gateway of Tally > Voucher Entry

Create Voucher & Save. The Saved file automatically sends the Bill Copy to the mail id configured in Relevant Party Account.  If you need any Additional cc or Bcc you can add.
